Valley Gun Club bought their grounds in 1999, making it the first of only two clubs in South Africa to own their own grounds. It is the only club in the Cape that shoots all four of the major disciplines. Facilities include 5 American trap fields, 1 Compak sporting field, 2 skeet fields, 3 sporting fields and one DTL field. The club is currently in the process of improving the Compak range with a central console from where all traps can be triggered.
Events are held on Saturdays and Wednesdays and the club is available for corporate shoots and functions.
