Nephi Gun Club, USA

The city of
Nephi is the county seat of Juab County in the State of
Utah. First settled in 1851 at the mouth of Salt Creek
Canyon, the city covers an area of four square miles and
has a population of 4600. The Nephi Gun Club was founded in the fall of 1973. The original members built the first two trap fields in November that year and the first shoot was held on New Year's Day in 1974. In the summer of 2002 they added two more trap fields and held their first ATA shoot. There are 14 owners of the club and the annual membership is around 20. Club spokesman Bart Wankier says the club is looking forward to the future and participating in e-Shoot. |
